Butterfly valves use butterfly plates that rotate together with the valve stem as starting and closing components to achieve valve opening, closing, and regulation.
Butterfly valves are not only used for starting and stopping valves in pipelines. In recent years, sealing performance has become the main indicator for evaluation and has been favored by the market. In addition, butterfly valves have the advantages of small size, light weight, and simple structure. Compared with gate valves of the same parameters, the average weight reduction is 30-50%. The disc plate rotates 90 degrees, which can achieve both opening and closing processes. Moreover, due to the approximately equal effect of the medium on the disc plates on both sides of the shaft, the torque is opposite, resulting in a smaller closing and opening torque.
1、 The fluoroplastic lined butterfly valve series launched by the company
1. There are two basic types of butterfly valves, namely D71F4 and F46 (centerline) fully lined clamp type butterfly valves. They adopt a two-piece valve body combination, with the valve seat and valve body lining integrated. In the valve working room, only the full plastic seat and the lined plastic butterfly plate are in contact with the medium. The product can withstand any medium corrosion except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. The D7146 valve stem is integrated with the disc valve (satin), and the surface is uniformly coated with a layer of FEP. The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the CV value is high, the flow capacity is strong, and the torque is moderate. The four stage sealing structure is adopted, and the temperature resistant and anti-aging SI rubber elastic lining valve seat is equipped outside the sealing surface to completely achieve zero leakage of the medium.
2. The D41F4 and D41F46 flange connected butterfly valves, which are expanded from the above models, have fully lined valve bodies and semi lined stainless steel butterfly plates.
Structural Features
1. The midline butterfly valve has a bi-directional sealing function, with the entire butterfly plate and valve seat located at the center of a 360 degree circumference (midline). The pressure and flow can only be regulated by the regulator section;
2. Four level loading elastic seal ensures absolute zero leakage inside and outside the valve;
a、 The special transition curve at the connection between the shaft head and butterfly plate circumference and the reasonable interference fit of the valve seat;
b、 The end face of the shaft head adopts an elastic O-type and a combination of rigid washers and elastic rubber at the shoulder of the shaft;
c、 The radial direction of the shaft adopts a combination of O-ring and metal pad;
d、 The valve seat is embedded in the groove of the valve body with elastic strips;
3. Adopting adjustable elastic pin positioning, accurate positioning and simple structure.
